First Moves

Bob Levy has been writing fiction for ten years. His "Three
Stories" was selected for the Short Fiction Award by New Millennium
Writings and was nominated for a Pushcart Prize. His "When the
Dodgers Meant Brooklyn" was selected for the 1998 Lone Mountain
Award (University of Nevada.) His fiction has also appeared in the Macguguffin,
Other Voices, and The Bay Area Jewish Bulletin. His
collection of stories was one of five finalists in the 1998 Mid List
Press First Series Award and the finalist in that year's Ohio State
Sandstone Prize competition. He currently lives with his wife of 32
years in Mill Valley, California.
