Default The Throne

.

I’ve never liked the term “throne” used for toilet. Come to think of it, I don't like any of the words used for toilet including the word "toilet". Just like I’m not too hot on the saying, “ “A man’s home is his castle”. (For many reasons).

But that is beside the point...
What I want to know (but I certainly don’t need to know) is what kind of reading material do Sphereans prefer when occupying the throne?
I rotate in and out books of selected poetry; most times I gravitate towards neglected collections I have stacked on my bureau. I’m also partial to National Geographic. I had Letters to a Young Poet by Rilke in the basket for the longest time. I could read one paragraph from it and be jettisoned from the seat by inspiration. Too much information?

Don’t get me wrong. I don’t spend hours reading on a cold seat with my pants down.

Just looking for some suggestions as to how to keep things interesting.
