Yes. Daft, isn't it? The editor has allowed me to exploit my (slightly) offshore status by letting me submit (just two, of course) by email. I really can't be bothered with the whole postal route now. Although I did make an exception for one UK magazine recently. No news back yet.

I've always considered it form-friendly. D.A. Prince is a frequent contributor (not always with formal stuff).

I've just checked and I find that 9 of the 10 poems I've contributed over the years have been formal.

I think in the past Carole Baldock has asked me to promote the mag with an eye toward getting more strong formal submissions, though that wasn't mentioned this time.
