Carmine Street
Hello folks,
I was delighted and somewhat amazed to find myself a "featured reader" at Carmine Street Metrics on Sunday, along with Kyle Potvin and Nessa O'Mahony. A handful of Spherians doing open mic there too, including Annie Drysdale, Nemo and Quincy. Here's the video if you fancy taking a look.

Nice!
I had it "marked" in my calendar for a couple of weeks but last-minute ended up with plans that took me away... So I'm glad to get a second chance. Thanks for posting the link. Looking forward to hearing.
(Btw, there is a relatively new poetry podcast called Sleerickets I think you know of it that opened with a podcast entitled, That Poetry Voice is quite interesting, imo)

Hi Mark, I listened to nearly all of your link and thoroughly enjoyed it, It was good to put some faces to Eratosphereans whose work I'm getting to know and like. Curiously, you all looked uncannily like I thought you would.
I did warm to the Sandy Denny reference in "Who knows where the time goes". Liege and Lief was probably the second or third album I ever bought. And I saw Fairport (post Denny with Dave Swarbrick on violin) in 1970 at Bath Blue's Festival (Led Zeppelin were headlining). And I think Pentangle (Basket of Light) were there too. Sorry, I'm hijacking. I feel a terrible urge to Spotify for an hour or two.

You're a star, Sharkey!
And I'm practising the trick.

Great reading, Mark! I think I remembered all the poems, and I really enjoyed hearing them spoken in your voice and with your excellent sense of timing. It was also nice to see/hear Ann, Nemo, and others, and the assorted domestic backgrounds. Congrats to all!

Mark,
You were outstanding I thought both as a reader and by the quality of your work. It was a wonderful reading all around, but I must confess to being most impressed by your work. Really, really impressed.

Apologies for the belated response but sincere thanks everybody. I really enjoyed doing it. Life has done its busy thing and dragged my mind away from Sphere-world recently. Hope to rectify this soon.
Autumnal blessings to all.
Mark
