Jerome is modestly not mentioning that he's the featured poet in this issue!

It’s a jolly issue, Gail, including your Ballade of An Elderly Fogey. (Whatever happened to the Young Fogeys over here?) Melissa’s cover picture provoked a comment from an old school friend: ‘Not the most flattering photo of you. First time I have seen you in a dog collar.’ ’Sic transit gloria vatis . . . Myopia vincit omnia.

Jerome, thank you for picking up the ball I dropped, and promoting the issue. (Covid and other ailments have taken their toll around here...) As Gail notes, you've modestly failed to mention your fabulous feature, accompanied by Robin's fabulous appreciation of you.

It's one of my favorite issues yet. Huge thanks to all you Sphereans who helped make it that way!
