We've discovered that when members update their profile information, their status reverts to to that of new members who haven't been approved yet.

To fix that, when you change your profile, be sure to look for an e-mail from Eratosphere that asks you to click on a link and confirm your status. When you've done that, you should be all set. If you don't confirm, you won't be able to log in.

Just to clarify, clicking the indicated link in the email to confirm the address change is all you need to get back in. Once you carry out that validation, you should get in without any further assistance from Maryann or me.

So, you don't need to write us -- just confirm your new email address to be automatically let back in.
