Yes, the trophy one is mine.
No photos were harmed in the making of this image.

Sharon
Update the file, send it to admin@the-buckeye.org and I'll post it there. That way we can see the entire image.
How about going horizontal for a square image?
I'll fix mine when I get home.

Sorry...
Since the post has a limit of 8 images, I meant we could display a larger image in its entirety, without limitations. If you sent the large combined image, I'd put it on a server for display.

That's nice of you, Jerry. I think if we do that then we can incorporate Kathy's idea too and have a poetry stream alongside the images.
The only thing I want to be sure of is that you will be able to update the code with each new entry. Is that cool with you?

Sharon, my lovely, dense moderatrix (runs for shelter), this is EXACTLY what I was discussing with you in PM when the danged things started: the way *I* was doing it, was to just stitch a new piece on the bottom and send it back as a single image. And I, also, have a website and time on my hands (probably more time than jerry jejeje) so between us we can DO this stuff.
I got an idea: How about if we do one that's like a checkerboard? We create, say, a 4x4 board (16 squares) and assign squares topeople. They have a theme (the checkerboard does) like "Love Without Hope", and the poemis the theme:
Love without hope, as when the young bird-catcher
Swept off his tall hat to the Squire's own daughter,
So let the imprisoned larks escape and fly
Singing about her head, as she rode by.
-- Robert Graves
Or whatever poem, and then peopl create these squares, and then we put them together (nobody's seen any but their own, but their own they know the physical relationships of) and we have a tachwork quilt for the poem?
There's a ton of things we can do....

Rose- smudge tool on photoshop, sort of blurred it into each other. I think PSP has something like it, too. Yeah Goya and Frida, two of my favorites.... somewhat thematic. meh.

Sounds fun, Robt.
The thing is about these scrolls - we're at about 5 images in each one right now and at about 140k apiece, I'm guessing, probably more, that's going to run into the megs really fast. I can't see a way to combine them. This way the bandwidth is spread out among us as well.
I made some webpages of them which also have room for columns of poems. I think moving that to another website would be a good idea, logistics wize. Jerry, I'll send you one and I'll do the other and maybe we can try one of the other ideas.
When they're up, I'll link them in and we can start adding poems as per Kathy's idea. I'll post those destructions at the top too. sound good?
