Submit your children's poetry
I just wanted to let you all know about a new online venue that publishes children's poetry. It's called Dirigible Balloon. It's off to a great start, attracting many poets who are familiar to those who follow children's poetry (mostly British, but folks like me slip by as well). The editor, Jonathan Humble, is very quick to respond to submissions.
While I'm at it, let me remind you all that Better Than Starbucks also has a children's poetry section, where you can submit new or previously published poems. |
Thanks for sharing these opportunities, Roger. I rather hope Ann and Alexander Bear have seen your post!
Best wishes, Fliss |
Submit your children's poetry? Isn't that plagiarism?
Seriously, thanks, Rogerbob. ~~~~~ It took me a while to figure out where the submission guidelines were, so here's a direct link to those, to save others some time. Or maybe to spoil everyone's fun, depending on your perspective. Anyway: https://dirigibleballoon.org/about |
I'll be picking the final children's poems for Better Than Starbucks over the next week or two, so now's the time to submit. You'll get a quick response. It's okay if it's been published before.
